Rich was continually available to us through the process of buying our townhouse. He went the extra mile numerous times. He's a person one can trust! As to 3 stars for local knowledge, Rich's normal territory is York County, not Lancaster County. We had a calendar from him for quite a while, and we needed a knowledgeable person to see us through this process.

Rich is extremely easy to work with and worked hard to meet our demanding schedules. He set us up with the tools necessary to search/review the properties we had interest in at our leisure and he understands the various markets well. No pressure selling with him either. Rich was a great agent! He let us contact him pretty much at any time by email/phone/text. He kept us pretty updated on the whole process. Never once did he lie to us or try to pull the wool over our eyes. The only negative thing about Rich is that he didn't really negotiate too much for us. In the end I can kind of understand his reasoning behind it (he realized the buyers were going to have to put a lot more money into the house) but it still would have been nice to see more negotiation. Overall I would recommend him to anyone!

My fiance and I were very picky and rather difficult to deal with I am sure however Rich stuck with us through the entire process including some ups and downs with the home we ended up purchasing.
